BUILT BY HARVOK® PATENTED MONOCOQUE TECHNOLOGY
Harvok caravans are built using automotive-style robotics, with a monocoque design to give you Australia’s most modern built caravan ever. We use the same material that your car is made from and build it as a monocoque, which ensures that there are no joints in the whole body.
The laser-welded unitary body on the Harvok Suit of Armour vans combines 150mm x 50mm A-frame and truss chassis rails with cold-pressed steel sheets for the walls and roof.
Additional reinforced rib supports are also added to strengthen the egg shell-like body before an automotive anti-corrosion E-coating and tough baked surface finishing are applied, making it one of the best Australia luxury off-road caravans.
